Casting
It has almost half a century´s experience in the casting process. We have automated molding in green sand and a modern chemical analysis laboratory by spectrometric, metallographic and mechanical tests, ensuring the strict quality control of our products. The respect for the environment is another major concern of the company. Most of the waste from its production process is reused, and the rest is discarded on landfill sites accredited with the environmental agencies.
Machining
A complete machining, composed of modern CNC equipment, makes it possible to supply machined parts following the strictest tolerances. The excellence in the quality of our products and machining services is ensured by complete laboratories, equipped with three-dimensional measuring machine, profile projector, rugosimeter, durometer, among others.
Tooling
With advanced technology machines and qualified professionals, Fundição Batatais develops and manufactures all the production and control devices used in the manufacture of parts. This ensures our customers a greater saving and time savings in the development of their projects.
Induction Heat Treatment
We are prepared to perform induction heat treatment and tempering in the most diversified kinds of parts, with complete inspection infrastructure, such as: cracking analysis, micro hardness, shade, metallographic structure, among others. This whole process is in compliance with the CQI-9, an international standard that guarantees the control and quality of treated products.
